Interfibio is looking for predoctoral research staff in training

Interfibio is looking for a candidate to apply with us to the Joan Oró predoctoral grants for the hiring of predoctoral research staff in training (FI). If you are interested and comply with the candidates' requirements, please send an e-mail to dinamic(ELIMINAR)@urv.cat.

Conditions:

• 3-year contract
• First and second year salary: 17,651.68 euros gross
• Third year annual salary: 18,912.52 euros gross
• 3.000 euro for training activities

Submission of applications: From the 20^th September to the 10^th October 2023 at 14:00 (Barcelona local time)

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Having completed the studies that grant you access to a doctoral program between January 1st, 2021, and the date of incorporation.
2. At the time of joining the affiliated entity and starting the predoctoral contract, you must hold a bachelor's degree, engineering degree, architecture degree, university degree (with at least 300 ECTS credits), a university master's degree, or an equivalent qualification.
3. At the time of joining the affiliated entity, they must be enrolled in a doctoral programme at a university belonging to the university system in Catalonia for the academic year 2023-2024.
4. At the time of submitting the application, candidates may not have benefited in previous calls from any grant for the hiring of new research staff (FI) nor any grant for the hiring of predoctoral research staff in training in the university departments of the university system of Catalonia (FI SDUR). Nor may they have spent more than six months under any other specific contract for predoctoral research staff in training.
5. At the time of submitting the application, candidates may not be in possession of any doctoral degree.
6. They must provide proof of a minimum average grade of academic transcript for undergraduate studies or the equivalent degree equal to or greater than 6.50 (on a scale from 0 to 10), calculated in accordance with the criteria specified in the Royal Decree 1125/2003 of 5 September, established by the European system of credits and the system of qualifications for official university degrees, valid throughout the national territory. In the case of studies completed abroad, this minimum average grade of the academic transcript must be calculated in accordance with the declaration of equivalences of the average grade of the academic transcript provided by the current resolutions of the Ministry of Universities (The grade can be calculated here). In any event, the individual candidates are responsible for calculating their average grades and the aforementioned statements of equivalence.
7. Each candidate may only appear on one application
