Marie Skłodowska-Curie - Postdoctoral Fellowships

The 2023 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA PF) call is now open.

The call will close on 13 September 2023.

We are looking for a (inter)national postdoctoral researchers to undertake an original and personalised research, training and innovation project in our research group.

Main characteristics of the call:

Funding:

Contract of the postdoctoral fellow: Gross salary (aprox.)= Ranges from 46.500€/year to 50.000€/year (with family allowance)
Research, training and networking contribution (research group): 12.000€/year
Management and indirect contribution (institution): 7.800€/year

Eligibility criteria of the postdoctoral candidates:

Must be in possession of a doctoral degree or have successfully defended their doctoral thesis before the call deadline.
Mobility rule: The postdoctoral candidate cannot have resided or carried out his/her main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of the host organisation for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately prior to the call deadline.
Maximum 8 years from date of award of the first doctoral degree.

Types of Postdoctoral Fellowship (Both fellowships can also include a secondment period (stage) of up to 6 months in another organisation (academic or non-academic)):

1.European Postdoctoral Fellowships:

Open to researchers of any nationality who comply with the eligibility criteria stated above.
Duration of the fellowship: between 12 to 24 months.

2. Global Postdoctoral Fellowships:

They fund the mobility of researchers outside Europe and the mandatory return to Europe.
The fellowship lasts between 2 to 3 years, of which the first 1 to 2 years will be spent in a non-associated Third Country, followed by a mandatory return phase of 1 year to an organisation based in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country.
Only nationals or long-term residents of the EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries can apply.
