Discovering Tarragona with the Interfibio Team: A Day of Team Building and History
Today, the Interfibio group embarked on an unforgettable teambuilding session in the historic city of Tarragona. With 19 participants, the day was a perfect mix of fun, culture, and collaboration, set against the backdrop of one of the most fascinating cities of the ancient Roman Empire.
Morning: Tarragona Urban Hunt Challenge
The day began with the Tarragona Urban Hunt, where the group was divided into four teams. Together, they explored the city's rich history and uncovered its hidden curiosities.
Following in Hadrian's footsteps, we delved into the grandeur of Tarraco, one of the Roman Empire's most splendid cities. As we strolled through the historic streets of the Part Alta, we discovered details about the city's walls, imperial temples, Tarragona Cathedral, the Roman Circus, and the Praetorium.
Midday: Scenic Walk and Mediterranean Vibes
After the treasure hunt, we continued with a walk from the Balcó del Mediterrani to Marina Tarraco, passing by the stunning Platja del Miracle to gather at Osteria di Mare, to enjoy a delicious meal together. Sharing stories from the morning's challenge, laughter and camaraderie filled the table, reinforcing bonds and creating lasting memories.
This day was more than just a cultural adventure-it was a chance for the Interfibio team to grow stronger together. Teambuilding activities like this foster collaboration, enhance communication, and create a sense of shared achievement. Exploring Tarragona's rich history also reminded us of the importance of working together to uncover new perspectives and tackle challenges creatively.
